Biography :

Kevin is a seasoned Real Estate Broker and Owner of United Country Real Estate | Eagle River Realty, LLC, as well as the Owner/Auctioneer of United Country/Eagle River Auctions, LLC. Raised in Central New York within the dairy and agri-business sectors, he has deep roots in the area where he continues to live. He holds a degree in Agricultural Business from Morrisville College and is a graduate of America's Auction Academy in Dallas, TX.

Before entering the real estate field in 2003, Kevin gained valuable experience in law enforcement and as the owner of a contracting business specializing in high-end kitchen, bathroom, and tile/stone installations. This diverse background now serves his clients well, providing them with comprehensive insights when choosing rural properties in upstate and Central New York as well as Pennsylvania.

A passionate outdoorsman, Kevin's love for the wilderness was ignited at a young age during hunting and fishing trips with his grandfather—a passion he now shares with his daughters. He also manages a 145-acre farm that supports beef and dairy animals, and poultry, focusing on sustainable practices through Forestry Stewardship and Quality Deer Management (QDM) programs. A lifetime member of NAVHDA, Kevin’s extensive knowledge in construction, farming, habitat enhancement, wildlife management, and government programs makes him a valuable resource for anyone looking to invest in rural properties.
